Shipping costs are combined when more than one item is ordered. All orders ship from Pennsylvania via USPS First Class Mail, USPS Priority Mail or Express Mail. USPS First Class is the default shipping method but you can upgrade your shipping during checkout. All international orders shipping outside of USA are shipped via USPS First Class International Mail.

YES. Our dangle bead charms and large hole beads fit on all major brand European style bracelets, including Pandora. If you see a charm in our shop that is not on a dangle bead, you can have one added by selecting 'large hole bead' from the charm attachment options drop-down menu before adding it to your shopping cart. Since these beads are universal (they fit many different bracelets and necklace chains), the bead hole is not threaded and may be slightly larger than an authentic Pandora bead. In order to keep your dangle bead charm in place on your bracelet you will need to place it between other threaded charms or stoppers.
YES. All of the charm necklaces in our shop are available with a necklace chain or as a stand-alone charm on a standard 6mm jump-ring. Before adding the necklace to your shopping cart you can choose 'charm only, no chain' from the chain options drop-down menu.
Our sales are primarily retail but we can do special orders on some items and work out a discount. Usually 15-20% off orders over $100 of the same item. Please contact us for more information.
When checking out, use the recipients address as the shipping address. If you want a gift note added to it so the recipient knows who it is coming from, leave the message in the 'note to treasuredcharms' box during checkout. Gift notes are printed on card-stock and attached to the outside of the the gift box.
We do not include receipts or packing slips with any orders regardless of whether they are a gift or not. If you need a receipt, you can print one from your Etsy purchase history or send us a message and we will email you a PDF receipt.
YES. Shipping is one flat rate regardless of how much you purchase. As you add items to your shopping cart, you will see that shipping is only charged on the first item in your cart.
Orders ship within 1-3 business days Mon-Fri with standard shipping. USPS Priority, Express and FedEx orders will ship within 1-business day unless we are experiencing a very high volume of orders. We do put a priority on expedited orders get them out as soon as possible. Since we ship to multiple destinations and countries shipping times vary greatly. When the item(s) are in your shopping cart and your shipping address has been entered you will see estimated delivery dates for each type of shipping service (standard, USPS Priority, Express, FedEx) For all orders outside of USA, please allow 7-21 business days or longer.
For USA orders, we can overnight to some locations if the order is placed by 12pm EST. Please contact us with your shipping zip code BEFORE placing the order so we can confirm whether it can get there overnight or not.
We will refund your order if it gets lost. Any packages that do not get a delivery scan within 30 days (60 days for international) of shipment will be refunded. Sometimes packages get delayed or misrouted so we do require that the package show no movement for at least 10 days before issuing a refund. If a package has been scanned as delivered and you did not receive it we will open a missing mail case with the carrier to investigate. If it is determined that the package was incorrectly scanned and was not delivered to the address on the order a refund will be issued upon completion of the investigation.
